Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026

1. The agreement

BunBunCloud is operated by ALLEZOU SAS, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered under RCS Paris 832 194 807, whose registered office is at 40 Rue Damrémont, 75018 Paris, France (VAT FR82832194807) ("we", "us"). These terms are between us and the organisation that uses BunBunCloud ("you"). By creating a workspace, connecting an AWS account, paying for a plan or otherwise using BunBunCloud (the "Service"), you accept them. The person accepting them for an organisation confirms they may do so. If you sign an order form with us, it takes precedence where it differs.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is for businesses and other organisations acting for their trade, business or profession, not for consumers. It is offered worldwide, including in the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland ("Europe").

When you register, you choose the data region of your workspace: Europe (Frankfurt, Germany) or Asia-Pacific (Singapore). Your workspace's data is stored and processed in that region. Moving a workspace to the other region later needs our help.

3. The Service and plans

Free covers 1 connected AWS account. Team and Growth are monthly subscriptions, each including a number of connected AWS accounts, and start with a free trial of 14 days. Scale is priced on request. We host and operate BunBunCloud for you, with your workspace's data kept apart from other customers' data; on Scale we may run a dedicated instance for you, or you may run BunBunCloud in your own environment ("self-hosted"). The free AWS assessment is a one-off service without charge. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

4. Read-only access

BunBunCloud is designed to use read-only permissions and not to change your cloud resources. It reads the configuration of your resources through the role you create; it does not read secret values, message contents, logs or records.

5. Licence

For the hosted Service, we give you access to BunBunCloud for your internal business purposes during your subscription, within your plan's account limit. For self-hosted use on Scale, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BunBunCloud for your internal business purposes during your subscription, within your plan's account limit. You may not resell it, offer it as a service to third parties, or remove notices from it.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the people you give access to your workspace, for their roles, and for keeping login credentials secure. Keep the e-mail addresses of your users valid: we are not responsible for messages that do not arrive because an address is wrong. Accounts and workspaces may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another organisation.

7. Acceptable use

Connect only AWS accounts you are authorised to inspect. You must not:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or scrape it with automated tools;
  • resell the Service or use it to build a competing product;
  • test its security, load it or try to reach other customers' data without our written permission;
  • share accounts, or impersonate another person or organisation;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

8. Fees and payment

  • Prices are in euros for customers billed in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere, as shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and exclude taxes. A subscription stays in the currency it started in. You are responsible for any taxes that apply beyond those collected at checkout, and for exchange rates and fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
  • Businesses in Europe give us a valid VAT (or business) number before subscribing. Businesses established in France are invoiced with French VAT. Businesses elsewhere in Europe are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism: you account for the VAT in your own country. If the number turns out to be invalid, you are responsible for the VAT that should have been charged.
  • Any amount not paid when due bears late-payment interest at three times the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs (French Commercial Code, article L441-10), without prejudice to further compensation where recovery costs more.
  • Paid plans are charged in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically at the current price until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the Service remains available until then. Subscriptions cannot be paused.
  • Fees are non-refundable once a period has started, regardless of use, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • We may change prices. We tell paying customers by e-mail at least 30 days before a change applies to them; if you do not accept it, cancel before your next renewal.
  • Each plan includes a number of AWS accounts; to connect more, move to a larger plan.
  • The free trial of Team and Growth needs no card. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you have subscribed; nothing in it is deleted.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled; a suspended period is not extended or refunded. If you start a chargeback, we may suspend or close the workspace without refund.

9. Free plan and free assessment

The free plan and the free AWS assessment are provided as they are. We may change their scope or stop offering them at any time.

10. Your data

The data you bring into the Service, including the inventory of your cloud resources, stays yours. We process it only on your instructions and to provide the Service, under our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms, and as described in our privacy policy. You can export it while your workspace exists. When your workspace is deleted, by you or by us under section 16, its data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.

Switching to another provider, and leaving. In line with the EU Data Act:

  • You may end your subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period, which is never more than two months away; the free plan has no term.
  • You can export your workspace's data, including its inventory, history and settings, in structured, commonly used and machine-readable formats (CSV and JSON), at any time and free of charge.
  • After a subscription ends, your workspace stays available on the Free plan, so you can keep exporting. If we close your workspace, we tell its administrators and keep its data available for export for at least 30 days before deleting it, unless the law or a serious breach of these terms prevents it.
  • We charge no switching or data-transfer fees, and we give reasonable help to move your data to another provider or to your own systems. Ask us at support@bunbuncloud.com.
  • Once you have left, your data is deleted as described above, and we confirm it on request.

11. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement, except where the law requires its disclosure.

12. Estimates and findings

Cost figures are estimates from public price lists, not your bill. Health, security, compliance and other findings are information to help you decide; they are not a guarantee that your infrastructure is secure, compliant or available, and decisions remain yours.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and content belong to ALLEZOU SAS. "BunBunCloud" is a trademark of ALLEZOU SAS. AWS and other product names are trademarks of their owners; BunBunCloud is not affiliated with them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on and connects to services run by others, such as Amazon Web Services, our payment provider and the tools you connect (Slack, Jira and others). We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their outages, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

15. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, unless an order form says otherwise. We may perform maintenance, and change or remove features. Support is provided by e-mail.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access immediately while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms, and suspend or close a workspace that breaches them, without refund. If we end the Service for you for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current paid period. You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service or these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue or data. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies, including your rights under data protection law.

19. Indemnification

You will compensate us for claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page with its date, and tell paying customers of material changes by e-mail. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means accepting it.

21. Notices

We send notices by e-mail to your workspace's administrators, deemed received 24 hours after sending, or post them on this website. Send notices to us at support@bunbuncloud.com.

22. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failing to perform because of events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of infrastructure or network providers, or acts of government.

23. Assignment

You may not assign this agreement without our consent. If our business is sold, merged or reorganised, we may transfer this agreement, and the data we hold to provide the Service, to the acquiring entity.

24. Disputes

Before starting legal proceedings against us, write to us at support@bunbuncloud.com describing the claim and give us 30 days to respond. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date it arose.

25. General

These terms, with the Data Processing Addendum and any order form, are the whole agreement between us about the Service; where they differ, an order form prevails, then the Data Processing Addendum, then these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are written in English and in French. For customers established in France the French version prevails; for all others the English version prevails, and other translations are provided for convenience.

26. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France. The Tribunal des activités économiques de Paris has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, including in case of multiple defendants or third-party claims. This choice does not take away the protection of mandatory rules that would otherwise apply, including data protection law and the rights of the people whose data is processed.
